These are amazing, mouth watering PB&J. We started with our fat head sweet dough, rolled it out and added some fresh ground peanut butter with homemade keto strawberry 🍓 or raspberry jam. After that we press it in our empanada maker, did a egg wash over the top to keep it from burning. After baking at 350 for 13-15 min, we let it cool and tossed it in our Special Glaze.
