Keto 30 min or less meal. Pan seared Chicken with Mushrooms is a big favorite of ours at home. Super simple as well as high protein. This is Gluten Free, low carb paleo, and whole30 friendly.
This is such a delicious and easy meal for the whole family. Whether you are on a Keto, Gluten-free, Whole30 or paleo diet, you can’t go wrong with this. Very simple and fast, along with inexpensive. Being on the go, will most likely make this your go to meal.
Take your thin sliced chicken breasts and place them on a cutting board. Then, season well on both sides of the chicken with F-Town seasoning and set aside.
In a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil and butter, mushrooms, garlic and G-Town seasoning. Cook for about 3 min or until tender. Set aside on a plate.
Increase the heat to medium high and let it heat up for about 3 min. When the pan smokes just a bit, its’s a sign that it is properly heated. Place your chicken on the hot skillet for about 2-3 min on each side, or until the chicken gets a nice crust
Now add butter, garlic and thyme to the skillet. Flip the chicken again and tilt the pan to help the butter spread on the skillet. Using a spoon, pour butter over chicken. Flip again the chicken and check with a knife and fork to make sure they are cooked all the way through.
When the chicken is done cooking, bring back the mushrooms and serve immediately.

You can always add some roasted green beans, asparagus or even Brussel sprouts.
