Add your ghee and garlic to a non stick skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
Toss the raw shrimp in the H-Town seasoning and cook in the ghee until the shrimp is Opaque. (about 2 minutes per side)
Dice the avocado and tomato, slice the onion, and lay out your lettuce leaves.
Once shrimp is cooked, you can layer your lettuce tacos. We add shrimp first, then the avocado, tomato, red onion, feta, then finally a fresh squirt of lime to top it off.
Serve immediately while shrimp is still warm. If any is left over, store shrimp separately and assemble when ready to eat.
